Enjoying a Winter Storm...Once Again!

Over the last 36 hours or so, we have received over 80 cm of snow. This time, the storm was accompanied by powerful winds gusting between 90 and 130 km/h; it was brutal at some moments.

Everything was cancelled today; the whole province was paralyzed. Snow and winds still persisted during most of today, so the roads are still packed with snow and ice all over the province. The picture below is our street at 5:30 pm. Where is the road?

The fun part about a winter storm is once it's over, you MUST try to enjoy the snow!

Of course, some snow shoveling is necessary, but once you are out the house, the fun begins. Take a look at the pictures and video below and see how we embraced winter in Prince Edward Island today!
